NAMIKI667 1st Anniversary Lunch and Dinner Set

To celebrate our 1st Anniversary, NAMIKI667 has prepared a special lunch and dinner set with a commemorative gift—guests will take home a selection of items and ingredients tied to NAMIKI667’s focus on local artisans. 

The gift package includes a water glass by Toyo-Sasaki Glass, known for its vibrant indigo pattern and hammer finish, a set of sea salt made exclusively from the seawater of Tokyo’s own Izu Oshima Islands, and two madeleines from the NAMIKI667 pastry kitchen made with honey from our own Ginza neighborhood and Tokyo’s own Tamazato sugar.

The dinner menu features a delectable lobster bisque, as well as exclusive Tokyo Akigawa Wagyu beef served with roasted Tokyo vegetables. Limited to 150 heads annually, Akigawa cattle is carefully raised drinking Akigawa Valley spring water to produce the perfect balance of marbling. Embark on a journey of the rich flavors of Tokyo with this meaningful meal as we look back on our first year in Ginza with Executive Chef Hayasaka’s signature dishes.

The Cheers with Peers party package arrives just in time for gatherings amongst friends and colleagues to celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of a new one. Indulge in all-you-can-drink (A.Y.C.D.) sparkling wine, wine, beer, and soft drinks along with eight shared-style entrées and desserts. Enjoy hearty and well-balanced signature gastronomic delights straight from the oven in a lively but relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Ginza. A buffet style menu is available for gatherings of 20 people and more.

Beverages: All-You-Can-Drink (A.Y.C.D.) sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, rosé wine, bottled beers, orange juice, grapefruit juice
