Soak up the sun on the terrace overlooking the Namiki Dōri street with the refreshing flavors of veggie-focused dishes and 10+ all-you-can-drink organic wines specially selected by the wine experts at NAMIKI667. Bartender Kazuya Nishimura serves up a fresh peach & celery smoothie cocktail to start; a healthy but hearty shared-style menu with favorites like the oven-roasted pork chuck roll and a creamy vegan/gluten-free panna cotta follow.

Notice of Electrical Facilities Inspection

Apologies for the extra down time—we’re just keeping things safe.
In accordance with Japanese law, Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo will be conducting a triennial inspection of electrical facilities and equipment on Sunday March 1, 2020.
Maintenance has been scheduled from 10:00 PM on March 1st to morning the next day, and the operating hours of the hotel and other facilities will be affected during this process.

Accommodations:
Please be advised that no reservations that fall over March 1st will be accepted.

Pastry Chef Ryuichi Osawa takes fresh citrus and Tokyo ingredients as the focus of this rendition of the NAMIKI667 Cake Set.

Debuting on April 1, 2019, this cake set will replace the currently popular Strawberry Cake Set for the same teatime plan available with unlimited coffee and tea between 2 PM to 5 PM daily. You will find that the rum from the Ogasawara Islands, natural sea salt from the Izu Oshima Islands, and Tokyo black tea all add a subtle but significant flavor to these 6 unique desserts.

Menu: VALRHONA chocolate and orange mousse | Lemon and praline macaron | Pineapple and cream cheese cream puff | Lemon and basil tart | Tokyo black tea scone with marmalade and clotted cream | Citrus and lemongrass jelly

With spring comes a different selection of seasonal ingredients, most sourced locally in Tokyo for the NAMIKI667 kitchen.

Executive Chef Shingo Hayasaka relies heavily on the flavors of the season and our signature ovens to bring out the best of his dishes, and he has come up a new spring menu available at NAMIKI667 from March 14.

At the bar & lounge, bartender Kazuya Nishimura has concocted a few new cocktails to try at the NAMIKI667 Bar & Lounge this spring season—all made with Japanese spirits.

Try the Shiso Smash, the White Sake Martini, and a Black Sesame Martini for flavors ground in Japanese spirits and traditional ingredients with his signature flair.
