Welcome spring with all-you-can-drink rosé wines, sparkling wines, and a variety of other drinks with bites to share by Executive Chef Shingo Hayasaka. 

You’ll enjoy bartender Kazuya Nishimura’s frosé (frozen rosé) to start—this is a sweet, chilly twist to the blush-toned wine, best enjoyed on this terrace surrounded by sakura and other spring blooms.

 

Drinks: 1 Frosé (Frozen Rosé) per person to start | All-you-can-drink sparkling rosé wine, white wine, red wine, beer, selected cocktails, soft drinks

With spring comes a different selection of seasonal ingredients, most sourced locally in Tokyo for the NAMIKI667 kitchen.

Executive Chef Shingo Hayasaka relies heavily on the flavors of the season and our signature ovens to bring out the best of his dishes, and he has come up a new spring menu available at NAMIKI667 from March 14.

At the bar & lounge, bartender Kazuya Nishimura has concocted a few new cocktails to try at the NAMIKI667 Bar & Lounge this spring season—all made with Japanese spirits.

Try the Shiso Smash, the White Sake Martini, and a Black Sesame Martini for flavors ground in Japanese spirits and traditional ingredients with his signature flair.
