Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is thrilled to announce its new Executive Chef Alessandro Cocco that , from today onward, will be the face and soul of the new culinary offering at the hotel.
Originally from the Abruzzo region, Alessandro is a young 34-year-old chef whose enviable curriculum vitae seems not to correspond with his age in terms of the quantity and quality of experiences collected so far in some of the most renowned starred restaurant of Europe.

After obtaining the Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation in 2020-2021, Hyatt Centric Murano Venice has achieved it again for the 2021-2022 season.
The accreditation was obtained under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, and represents the gold standard for prepared facilities. The accreditation acknowledges the commitment of the hotel to ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for its employees, customers, and stakeholders by implementing the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention.
