The Murano Glass Museum collection contains noteworthy Roman works dating from the 1st to the 3rd century A.D., the largest historical collection of Murano glass in the world, with pieces dating from the 15th to the 20th century, many of them world-famous masterpieces. Doge’s Palace

Doge’s Palace is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture and one of the main landmarks of the city of Venice. The palace was the residence of the Doge of Venice, the supreme authority of the former Venetian Republic. Opening hours 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (last admission 4.30 pm)
