Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid for contracted new bookings of qualifying events at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide. Event must be booked and held by December 31, 2022. Offer code GATHR must be requested at time of booking to qualify. Offer is subject to hotel participation, availability of function space, and availability of guestrooms. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held events and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Rescheduling flexibility will be documented in the contract for the event.

    Up to 10% of event spend credited towards Hotel Master Bill: The percentage discount is at the discretion of the hotel. Percentage to be applied to qualifying charges on the total final pre-tax Master Hotel Bill. The credit is applicable to eligible charges paid for on the master account. This includes guestroom, banquet food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and event facility charges associated with the event. Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops and spa that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final Master Bill are not covered by this offer. Half Day Meeting Package priced at USD 60++ per person per day, includes the following benefits:

  • Use of one main meeting room from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Morning or afternoon coffee breaks including sliced fresh fruit, savory, sweet items
  • Lunch with choice of Indonesian or International Buffet or Set Menu selections at hotel’s restaurant. If there are less than 50 participants, lunch will be served as a set menu
  • Beverages will be charged on consumption basis

Full Day Meeting Package priced at USD 65++ per person per day, includes the following benefits:

  • Use of one main meeting room from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Morning or afternoon coffee breaks including sliced fresh fruit, savory, sweet items
  • Lunch with choice of Indonesian or International Buffet or Set Menu selections at hotel’s restaurant. If there are less than 50 participants, lunch will be served as a set menu
  • Beverages will be charged on consumption basis

  • One built in screen or portable
  • One flip-chart or whiteboard with markers

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION
Either the Hotel or Group may cancel this contract or any of the group programs listed in the Meeting & Banquet Arrangements above without cause upon written notice to the other party at any time prior to the event and upon payment of an amount based on the following scale, plus applicable taxes:

This fee will be a percentage of the total estimated guest room and food and beverage expenses.

FUNCTION SPACE COMMITMENT
The Hotel is currently holding function space based on the attached Program of Events dated. This is considered to be a firm commitment by the Group and any increase or decrease to that commitment may result in a modification of room rental by the Hotel. All function and meeting space is assigned by the Hotel according to the number of persons guaranteed to attend the Group’s function. The Hotel reserves the right to reassign the space listed on the Program of Events to accommodate both the Group and all other groups using the Hotel’s facilities during the Group’s meeting. Failure to submit a finalized Program of Events to the Hotel may result in a release by the Hotel of the space being held for the Group and/or a reassignment to space more suitable for the finalized Program of Events once submitted. The Group agrees to promptly notify the Hotel of any changes in its function space requirements.

DAMAGES
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but no limited to, lost profits, even if such party has knowledge of the possibility of such damages.

GOVERNING LAW and JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Indonesia, without reference to principles of conflicts of law. All disputes and claims that arise under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the courts of competent supervisory jurisdiction in Denpasar-Bali, Indonesia, for trial determination.

ATTORNEY’S FEES
In the event any legal action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce one of the terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all court costs, reasonable attorney’s fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party. In addition, the party against who collection is sought by non-judicial means shall be responsible for all reasonable costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) incurred by a party that is successful in seeking collection of monies due pursuant to this Agreement.

WAIVER
If one party agrees to waive its right to enforce any term of this Agreement, that party does not waive its right to enforce such term at any other time or to enforce any or all other terms of this Agreement.

BINDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement, along with the attachments called the program of Events and the Hotel’s Information Sheet, which are incorporated herein by reference, are all of the terms agreed to by the parties. Any changes to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be effective. All prior Agreements, verbal or written, are no longer effective once this Agreement is signed by the parties.
