Terms & Conditions:

    Testing arrangements facilitated by participating hotels or resorts are available for registered guests only.

    Tests must be conducted during a stay at a participating hotel or resort, and no refund or credit will be issued for unused tests. Guest may be required to show proof of travel plans.

    Tests are conducted by a third party, who is solely responsible for administering the tests; results are not shared with the hotel or resort.

    Tests may be subject to test provider’s terms and conditions.

Pets Policy


Your pets are welcome at Hyatt House. Pets must be house-trained and are limited to two per room. Please keep them on-leash when entering public spaces and refrain from bringing them into the dining areas.


1–6 nights: $75 fee, whether a 1-night or 6-night stay
7–30 nights: $75 fee, plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100
1–30 nights: total fee is $175 - $75 for the first 6 nights, and a $100 deep cleaning fee for a 7 to 30-night stay.

30+ nights: fee is based on hotel’s discretion.

Weight Limits:

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guest room, provided that the combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds. The fee encompasses this and pets exceeding this limit are at hotels discretion.
