Located on the lobby level, the 617-square-metre (6712-square-foot) Regency Ballroom can be easily partitioned into three separate sections for special events. Each section is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including soundproofing and independent audio-visual connections.

The ballroom is designed to complement sophisticated themed sit-down dinners. One of the few function areas in the city to offer guests the benefit of natural light, the Regency Ballroom has a matt black ceiling laid with silver leaf coffers and panoramic glass windows overlooking an indoor garden. The 7-metre-high ceiling provides a sense of openness, making it an ideal venue for elegant dinners, weddings and special events.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?

Hyatt Regency Mumbai’s onsite event services partners offers assistance with floral arrangements, photographers, videographers, entertainment requests and every detail in between.

Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?

We will try and accommodate your guests’ requests, however, this will be dependent upon the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.

Do you allow alcohol from outside?

Alcoholic beverages have to be bought from the hotel itself.

Do you allow Vidhi Mandap in the ballroom?

Absolutely, as no Indian wedding ceremony is complete without a vidhi mandap. We are here to assist in making every dream wedding come true.

Do you have to procure licenses for music & entertainment?

Yes should you wish to procure the same you can do so or our expert services partners can assist with the license purchase.

Can I host a morning-after brunch at Hyatt Regency Mumbai?
