Hotel Policies
Pet Policy
- Hotel will allow only dogs in the guest room.
- A pet fee of INR 2500 plus taxes per pet shall be levied, for a stay up to three nights as “Deep Cleaning Fee”.
- Basic necessities include a bed and 02 food bowls will be provided for the pet during the course of the stay. Guest has to arrange the pet food.
- Pets should not be left unattended at any given point of time by their custodian. Guests can reach out to our Guest Services through the guestroom phone for any requirement of pet supply.
- Pets are strictly not permitted in any food and beverage outlets and health club of the hotel. These exclusions do not apply to guide/ service dogs.
- Room will not be serviced, if the pet is left alone by the custodian in the room.
- Pets must be leashed and under direct restraint at all times outside your room and/or on hotel property.
- Hotel will not be liable and held responsible for loss of pet in the premises of hotel or outside the premises.
- Custodian will have to bear medical charges and full liability in case the pet physically harms any guest or staff or himself/herself in the hotel premises.
- Guest to walk their pet on designated walking trail.
- Guests are not allowed to bathe their pets in the bathtub or sink
Visitor’s Policy
- All the visitors are required to announce their purpose of visit at the Front Desk, with the resident guest’s details.
- All the visitors are required to furnish a valid government photo identity proof, irrespective of the visiting hours.
- Any visitor accessing the guest’s room between 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs, must be registered both at the front desk. Also, the applicable difference needs to be paid by the guest.
