Hyatt Regency Delhi's Levantine restaurant, Syrah, will re-open its doors for diners after a month of hosting Gaggan Anand Residency within its premies from 15th February till 18th February, 2023.
Syrah presents a vast spectrum of food inspired by the Middle East and the Levant in Mediterranean region. The menu, specifically designed to spoil the guests for choices, features inviting grills, expansive mezze platters and and refershing salads and dips. Syrah is also known for stirring up flavourful and juicy cocktails/ mocktails.
Headed by Chef Kasem and Chef kareem from Syria, the food here is sure to transcend diners to the bazaars of Middle East.
Club at The Hyatt is Hyatt Regency Delhi's food and beverage loyalty program since 1994.
The program has completed 25 years, making the loyalty programme the city's oldest, strongest and most loved dining program. Members are eligible for special discounts at all award-winning restaurants like The China Kitchen, La Piazza, Syrah, Aangan Reloaded, TK's Oriental Grill etc. In addition, members also have the benefit of availing special pricing for Salon, flower shop and events.
The card entitles you to discounts in proportion to the number of diners per table. The basic dining discount is as follows:
1 adult diner 10% discount
2 adult diners 50% discount
3 adult diners 33% discount
4 adult diners 25% discount
5 adult diners 20% discount
6 adult diners and above 15% discount
Sunday brunch - 20% discount on food and beverage (alcoholic / Non - alcoholic) irrespective of the number of diners.

During a special ceremony at Hyatt Regency Delhi, the internationally recognized LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) plaque and certificate were presented to Mr. Shiv Jatia, Chairman and Managing Director of Asian Hotels (North) Limited by Mr. Gopalakrishnan P., Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Middle East, GBCI.
LEED is the foremost program for the design, construction and operation of green buildings and provides a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable design, construction, operations, and maintenance solutions.
As a LEED Platinum 5 Star Hotel, Hyatt Regency Delhi is now recognised on the basis of excellence in sustainable design, water efficiency, energy & atmosphere, material & resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in operations. The property is also committed to reduce light pollution. All facade, external and landscape lights are selected and mounted in a way that lets minimal light into the sky. The building envelope was also designed in a manner that does not let excessive indoor light outside. The vernacular architecture also emphasized the usage of local materials, which were easily available and suitable for a particular region and which also results in low maintenance. Hyatt Regency Delhi is also the only building in Delhi NCR to receive GREEN POWER transmission. Now more than 75 percent of the electricity comes from Green Hydro Power among the many innovations under the LEED project timelines.
The China Kitchen Restaurant & Bar wins again
Hyatt Regency Delhi is proud to announce its victorious achievement as the winner of two accolades in the Oscars of the Indian gastronomy world – The Times Food Guide Awards 2016. Revelry galore as The China Kitchen and The China Kitchen Bar were awarded with the Best Chinese, Fine Dining and Best Restro-Bar – Luxurious Night out Awards respectively at the cities most celebrated culinary event of the year.
