• Advance reservation is required at least 4 hours prior to usage start time.
• Credit Card will be required to guarantee hotel US consulate travel package.
• Transportation no show will incur charges equivalent to the package price.
• Cancellation charges will not be applicable if cancelled prior to 4 hours of confirmed time.
