Aperitivo

‘Aperitivo’, an Italian style tapas bar, featuring an urban bar and relaxed dining area. Tapas (Italian style) and an artfully crafted selection of wines, spirits and cocktails. (20 seats).

Bar Musui

A Kaleidoscope of World Beverages. Essentially a ‘colonial bar’ featuring whiskies from across the globe with a primary focus on Scottish & American blends. The ‘Misty Isles’ and the ‘Blue Grass State’ come together in the hotel’s Dark bar. A place of relaxation and reflection, alone or with friends surrounded by enchanting melodies of the time gone by. Born of Scottish mists and mysterious nights, where clans would gather in heated talk and soothe troubled minds and kindred spirits with whisky and ale to help tell the tale The hotel’s ‘Dark Bar’ reflects the times gone by with hints of color in kilted patterns, inviting relaxed conversation under muted lighting, with orange tinges to warm the soul. Scattered seating, oval booths, or leather stools against the bar give inviting options for all our guests. The offering is complete with a global selection of spirits, wines and beers as well as carefully crafted classic cocktails.

Cena Pranzo

A casual yet stylish Italian trattoria serving fresh pastas and pizzas, using authentic Italian ingredients. Featuring a live kitchen orchestrated by the ‘Chef patron’ and his team where ‘Chefs are serving food and waiters serving guests’. The restaurant exemplifies the concept of ‘cozy’. Seats for no more than 40 guests either on central tables, wrap around booths, or the ‘Stanza Privata’, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. Racing green leather chairs compliment the tan colored tabletops. There is a warm embrace as you enter, with aromas of freshly baked focaccia and the large copper pan of the ‘Pomodoro’ sauce which sits proudly on the stove of the open kitchen. Chef’s chatter in song as dishes evolve orchestrated by the ‘Chef patron’ as he oversees his audience, who are close at hand and eager to sample the ‘Piatto Del Giorno’. And finally, ‘The Terrazza’, a breath of fresh air for drinks and light meals (20 seats).

Maison Maiya

Step into Maison Maiya, a culinary haven inspired by the enchanting realm of fantasy and illusion. Named after the mythical goddess herself, Maison Maiya lets you indulge in a gastronomic journey that transcends boundaries. Our theatrically themed menu combines Asian and European flavours, prepared by talented chefs in our open plan kitchen. With precision and care, our staff add an extra touch of magic to your dining experience. Break away from the ordinary all-day dining concepts with our seasonally inspired menu, with the concept of “Fresh food fast”. Maison Maiya is where imagination meets culinary skill and every bite is pure delight.

Parlour

The hotel's lobby lounge ‘Parlour’ is both a meeting place as well as a venue to enjoy a selection of traditional and colonial specialties throughout the day. The heart of the house - A meeting place for both business or idle chatter. Sunrise (early breakfast), Mid-Morning, Luncheon, Tiffin, Sunset, Supper, Until Dawn - the Parlour embraces it all.  Designed as a welcome home and greeted by an inspirational characters Maiya and Musui. The Parlour incorporates both modernity and authenticity in design and captures the timelessness of today and days gone by.
