Museums in Goa

Goa State Museum
Goa State Museum is located in Panjim, which is the capital city of Goa. The museum currently has around 8,000 artifacts on display, which include stone sculptures, wooden objects, carvings, bronzes, paintings, manuscripts, rare coins, numismatic collection, and anthropological objects. It is well known for its collection of Hindu and Jain artifacts and sculptures.
Naval Aviation Museum
The Naval Aviation Museum is a military museum located in Bogmalo, 6 km from Vasco da Gama, Goa, India. This museum contains exhibits that showcase the evolution of the Indian Naval Air Arm over the decades. A total of 13 aircraft are on display.

Reis Magos Fort
This fort is situated in Bardez, not far from the capital Panjim, Dating back to the sixteenth century, this fort was of great importance as it was the first line of defense to the town of Old Goa. The fort was renovated in 2012.
Fort Aguada is a seventeenth century Portuguese fort located near Sinquerim beach in North Goa. Enjoy the breathtaking views over the Arabian Sea from the top of the fort.
