Guided by our purpose of care, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of colleagues and guests, we have implemented enhanced hygiene and cleanliness measures. The following are a few ways we are committed to keeping a safe and healthy environment:
- Hotel compliance with a rigorous accreditation through GBAC STAR™
-New colleague training and support, including a dedicated onsite Hygiene Manager
-Social distancing guidance throughout the hotel
-Contactless arrival and departure experience features available through World of Hyatt mobile app, including:
• Online check-in and check-out
• Remote/touchless guestroom key
• Digital retrieval of guestroom bill
-Enhanced and increased cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, fitness center and all other high-touch areas
-Hand sanitizer stations placed in all public areas
-Hotel colleagues & guests are required to wear face coverings, per direction from the state of Illinois
-All hotel colleagues to utilize proper protective equipment & follow proper hand washing & sanitizing protocols
Hyatt Regency O'Hare makes traveling with your pet easy. This pet friendly hotel makes it easier for pet lovers and their four-legged friends to spend time away from home. Hyatt focuses on providing a hassle-free experience for their travelers. Pets are allowed at Hyatt Regency O'Hare, please see a list of associated fees below for pets who reside at the hotel:
Guests will be provided an ID tag for each dog that indicates the hotel’s name and phone number. The ID tag needs to stay on the dog's collar throughout their stay. Please note, a $25 fee will be added to the guest room bill should the tag not be returned to the Front Desk.
Guest cell phone number must be provided to Front Desk in case of an emergency.
$100.00 per stay up to 6 nights
An additional $100.00 "Deep Cleaning" fee from day 7 to day 30 (for a total of $200)
From day 30 on, the charge will be at the hotel's discretion
Package Handling Policy
Our shipping and receiving center will handle your incoming and outgoing packages. You will be charged based on the weight of your package(s) as follows:
1-50lbs: $7.00 per box
51-99lbs: $0.40 per pound
100lbs and over: $0.50 per pound
Skids without weight: $200.00 per skid – inbound only
Skids with weight: $0.50 per pound – inbound only
All Outbound Skids: $100 per skid
FOR THOSE GUESTS UTILIZING THE ‘PRESENTLY OCCUPIED’ SIGN:
At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatt’s practice to enter every occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.
