Hotel Policies
At Hyatt Place Chicago Downtown – The Loop, your furry friend is welcome. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be administered. A maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 25 pounds and under are permitted; the pet fee encompasses this and pets exceeding are at the hotel’s discretion. All pets must be housebroken.
Minimum Check-in Age
The minimum age required to check-in must be 21 years or older.
Incidentals Policy
At check-in, $75 will be authorized per stay for incidentals. Only credit and debit cards with chip are accepted.
Cash Policy
Cash is not accepted for method of payment and/or incidentals payment.
