RAMEN IS BACK! Starting January 13, 2026 the Japanese cult dish returns: authentic Ramen! Our Ramen is far more than a simple noodle soup it's a handcrafted work of art. Broth simmered for hours, refined with Asian spices, flavorful noodles, and colorful toppings like avocado, roasted tomato, spring onions, pak choi, and the famous soy egg. We love to explore culinary horizons and open our kitchen as a place for taste discoveries and new trends from around the world. Come by and enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine in the heart of Mainz!
