The old farm in the mountains of northern Italy is now run by its third generation.  To this day, Nonna Lucia still has feathers in her hand.  In the village, she is known as “Nonna Pollo”, the granny of the chickens.  She breeds happy chickens here on green meadows, in the middle of the mountains.  Her granddaughter, typically with an Italian name after her grandma, runs her first restaurant here at the Nürburgring and prepares grandma’s chicken according to an old family recipe.  Wonderfully fresh and simply delicious.

We can organize your barbecue event in a cozy atmosphere. The barbecue hut originated in Finland. “Kotas” were the mobile homes of the Sami people, and were previously built from logs and reindeer hides. The barbecue is in the middle, and above it, the outlet for the smoke. You sit on furs around the warming fire.
