Our first edition of "champagne & dine" is approaching with the champagne winery Deutz. On Friday, 3 May, the winery is personally present at our DOX Restaurant, answers your questions and shares their special "know how". Enjoy a cosy evening surrouding exclusive sparkling wines and harmonic culinary treats, such as local asparagus from the Beechoven, mildly smoked mackerel with wild garlic cream and veal carree, rouned off with strawberry charlotte with champagne mousse.

The tastings take place on the following dates: Sunday, 07 April, Sunday, 28 April, Sunday, 12 May, Sunday, 26 May, Thursday, 06. June.
The tastings on Sundays take place at 5:00 pm, the tastings on Thursdays at 6:00 pm.
The price is 92 Euro per person, including a welcome cocktail, the Gin drinks during the course, snacks as well as a handout with recipes to take home. The tastings take place in the Pebble’s Bar.
