Combining regional classics with global flavors, Executive Chef Rob Newton creates one-of-a-kind moments influenced by the fleeting nature of earth’s bounty. A robust list of hyper-seasonal craft cocktails and thoughtful wine selection compliments wood fired meats and seafood, as well as fresh, local vegetable preparations.

Bar Julian
Above it all, overlooking the Savannah River and the enchanting cityscape and born from the adventuring nature of travelers, Bar Julian delivers an innovative, Mediterranean-inspired menu by Chef Rob Newton. Elevated bar snacks and locally-inspired pizzas pair with hand-crafted cocktails and panoramic views. Located atop Thompson Savannah, Bar Julian is the tallest rooftop bar in Savannah’s modern history and the latest gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Located on the lobby-level, the Lobby Bar carries a seductive, relaxed vibe that invites guests to live in the moment.
