Tucked away inside the Hyatt Regency Savannah, Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery is the go-to spot for anything from succulent steaks to homegrown organic treats. With stunning views of the Savannah River, a lively rooftop patio and a menu that’ll inspire you to think outside the box, this restaurant and local hangout isn’t your typical hotel eatery.
Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery is proud to have Executive Chef Alison Houston whipping up Southern-inspired dishes that you won’t be able to find anywhere else in Savannah. But the dishes at Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery aren’t comprised of just any ingredients. On the menu, you’ll see certain dishes marked with an adorable bee icon. This little bee signifies that the dish is prepared with Savannah Bee Company honey – but not the kind of honey you buy at the store. Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery partners with Savannah Bee Company to house a rooftop beehive on top the property. That’s right – as you dine inside Moss + Oak Savannah Eatery, busy worker bees are above you are creating fresh honey that’s used for those bee icon dishes.
