Accommodation

A credit card guarantee may be requested upon arrival.

Bank checks are not accepted in our establishment. 

The hotel does not offer roll-away beds. Our rooms can accommodate two adults maximum, except for Regency Suite and Eiffel Tower Suite that can welcome up to 4 guests. Some of our categories offer a sofa bed (95x178cm) for children up to 12

Housekeeping teams offer daily cleaning service, but will only replace sheets and towels after the third night, unless expressly requested by the client.

 

Children

Guests at this location are considered children between the ages of 0 to 12. Any guest aged of 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.

 

City Tax 

In 2022, the city tax is €2.88 per person per night. 

Pet Policy

We welcome your travel companion, for an additionnal fee of 50 Euros per day.

Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile received the GBAC STAR accreditation certifying that our property has implemented the industry’s highest standards for cleaning and disinfection.

Proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques, and work practices in place to combat biohazards and infectious disease.

Establish and maintain a cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention program to minimize risks associated with infectious agents.

In regards to the current French government regulations, masks are no longer mandatory in hotels and restaurants in France. Please be informed they are in public transportations though. Similarly, Health and Vaccine Passes are no longer required in restaurants and hotels, including meeting rooms.

 

The following protocols are however in place :

- Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the hotel.

- Mask, sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are available upon request.

- Hotel information provided digitally via in room TV.

- QR codes available for all our food and drinks menus

- Direction signs to improve the mobility of meetings participants

- Trained Hygiene Managers are ensuring thorough implementation of all sanitary and safety protocols.
