The Chef at Hôtel du Louvre, Denis Bellon, invites guests to enjoy a seasonal brunch influenced by vegetal inspirations: an homage to the neighborhood’s history. Each Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a menu that includes:
- A choice between: meat, fish or vegetable dish
- A seasonal assortment
- A hot beverage
- A fresh homemade elixir

Each afternoon, guests can enjoy this gourmand moment as if from a childhood not so long ago…
Tea time at l’Officine du Louvre:
- Sunday and Saturday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
- 35€ per person, including a dessert, an assortment of three pastries, and a tea or coffee
- 12 € for dessert only

At the end of October 2020, the Hospitality Design magazine, premier voice in the hospitality design industry, organized the 16th edition of the Hospitality Design Awards in New York City.
On this occasion, Hôtel du Louvre proudly received the "Best Upscale Public Space" award.
In charge of the recent renovation of the hotel, architect George Wong juggled with the duality of styles, merging very contemporary accents -like Emmanuel Pierre's whimsical artwork, with the hotel's Second Empire legacy -including the majestic glass roof at the bar.
With its strong commitment concerning environment, Hôtel du Louvre is proud to share with you its award from TripAdvisor: the GreenLeaders program, Gold Status.
The GreenLeaders program was created by expert from international sustainable development sector in the aim to encourage Hospitality companies to take part into the protection of the environment. As a result, it is quite naturally that our hotel proudly received the Gold badge of Ecoleader program’s by responding effortlessly to the demanding requirements.
Therefore, the Hotel’s teams committed : have linen and towel re-use plans, track energy use on a regular basis, use energy efficient light-bulbs in rooms and in the hotel, train staff on green practices, treat properly waste water and of course, recycle.
With the ambition to deliver a high quality of service to its guests, the hotel is going further beyond expectations by offering, at the Brasserie du Louvre, a fresh menu renewed each seasons with local quality products and seasonal flavors.
