Hotel Policies

FirstName welcomes all small pets in the hotel (up to 20kg) and offer them a personalized welcome with a bowl. In our fitness, pets are not allowed. 

The daily rate is 25 € per room per night. Pets must be always kept on a leash in both indoor and outdoor public areas, including outdoors.

You will be billed for any room damage caused by your pet.

In 2023, the Bordeaux city tax is €2,64 per person per night.

In 2024, the Bordeaux city tax is €3,60 per person per night.

FirstName Bordeaux is a smoke-free property policy. It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel or rooms. A cleaning fee of 250€ per day will apply to any violations.

Our rooms specifically designed for those with reduced mobility, can be requested when the booking is made. Our team is trained to welcome disabled people. Our team is at your service to respond to any specific questions or requests.
