Resort Fee Policy

There is so much to do and see during your stay at our bayside Sarasota resort. Enjoy a variety of special inclusions throughout your stay as part of your Resort Fee*, including watersports, shuttle service to local attractions, and use of bicycles.

As a part of our Golf Hyatt program, Hyatt Regency Sarasota has partnered with several surrounding golf courses to enjoy during your stay. Included with your resort fee, you will receive a 20% Green Fee discount at IMG Academy Golf Club.

Pet Policy

Hyatt Regency Sarasota is pleased to announce that we are a Pet Friendly hotel. At a cost of just $100 per room per stay (up to 6 nights), your pet will enjoy a dog bowl and treats. These will be placed in your first floor room upon arrival. The program also includes a welcome letter, information on nearby walking routes, pet shops, groomers, vets, dog beaches, and more. Show your pet where the good times are, and enjoy benefits that include:

Conditions:

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.

Inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival.

Pet must wear ID tags at all times in the hotel

Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, lounges, pools or health club

Pet is to be caged or on a leash at all times when in public areas

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

Guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet

Excessive damages will be billed to the guest
