Party or meet in style in our 6,972 square foot Regency Ballroom. Offering a variety of setup options, this ballroom can be adapted for everything from small brainstorming sessions to a large gala. Our Orlando event space can accommodate up to 800 guests as a whole or break into six sections of 34 for boardroom-style meetings.

Host a memorable event in our largest ballroom. With 10,612 square feet of inviting space, the Continental Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a cocktail reception or 900 for an elegant banquet. The room can be set up as a theater or classroom and can also be broken down into multiple spaces for your downtown Orlando meeting or celebration.

Prepare a presentation that is sure to impress, train new employees, or hold interviews in our deluxe briefing room. With state-of-the-art sound and audiovisual capabilities, our 130 seat Amphitheater is also ideal for business conferences.

With 3,638 square feet of flexible meeting space, our Concourse South can accommodate up to 400 guests. It can also be arranged as a classroom or banquet room, and can be broken up into five separate sections set up as a U-shape, hollow square or boardroom for smaller meetings with groups of 25 to 65.

Our 3,500 square foot Concourse North can accommodate up to 390 meeting attendees in a theater-style arrangement, making it the perfect option for important presentations. This classically designed space can also be divided into six separate sections of 525 to 595 square feet, ideal for board meetings or training sessions.

Our elegantly appointed boardrooms offer a prime setting for VIP meetings. Endeavour and Discovery each provide a comfortable space for gatherings of 18. Warm colors surround leather chairs and stylish conference tables in each of these contemporary boardrooms.

This 10-person boardroom is ideal for meetings and also functions as a permanent office, offering a productive space for day-to-day operations.

An elegant setting for meals, receptions, or smaller meetings with a view of the airport runway, the Hemisphere has floor-to-ceiling windows that drape the room with natural light and provide a one-of-a-kind experience.

The Platform at Orlando International Airport Train Station is a sleek venue for meetings and events, overlooking the Brightline station with a unique backdrop of trains arriving and departing throughout the day.

Overlooking the vibrant airport atrium, this unique venue provides a sophisticated setting for receptions and networking events, with seating available for meals of up to 60 guests.

Adjacent to the Briefing Room, Lobby East is an ideal space for private dining and small meetings. A movable airwall allows the room to be reconfigured for seated meals of up to 40 guests or boardroom and U shape meetings for up to 12 attendees.

A semi private event space adjacent to the Regency Pre Function area, ideal for registration, meal functions, or event support for the Regency Ballroom and Continental Ballroom.

Featuring views of the airport atrium, Lobby North offers a built in registration desk and a versatile layout that is perfect for attendee registration, receptions, and meal functions for the adjacent Regency Ballroom.

For smaller, private receptions and functions, the outdoor pool deck provides an intimate atmosphere with spectacular views of the airport runways. This is an excellent venue for casual themed parties and events or a daytime social hour.

Located on the 9th floor, these elegant boardrooms accommodate up to 12 guests and feature natural light from the airport atrium.
