The safety and wellbeing of colleagues, guests and customers remains a top priority, and to further deliver on our purpose of care during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond the hotel has taken measures to ensure colleague and guest safety and peace of mind guided by Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment. As a GBAC STAR™ accredited hotel employees are thoroughly trained to elevate cleanliness and disinfection procedures in public areas and guest rooms, such as social distancing protocols, frequent sanitation in high-touch areas, and daily temperature checks, all led by our designated Trained Hygiene & Wellbeing Leader. Guests are required to wear face masks or coverings in hotel indoor public areas and when moving around in outdoor areas with some exceptions, based on the Miami-Dade County local laws and guidance.
