Hotel Policies

We are able to hold packages delivered to the hotel, The following fees would be added to your bill:

Package Fees:
1–5 lbs: $5 per package
5–15 lbs: $10 per package
15–25 lbs: $15 per package
25+ lbs: $20 per package

21 years of age to check-in.

A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.  Primary Guest must be at least 21 years old to check-in to the Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port. ID must be shown at the time of check-in.   

All credit card authorizations will only be accepted at minimum 5 days prior to arrival for room and tax, including those e-processed through Sertifi. A credit card with matching valid I.D. is required at check-in for incidentals. For third party payments when the credit card won’t be physically present at the time of check-in, please contact the hotel directly.

Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport - South & Cruise Port requires a $100 minimum incidental hold. A valid credit card with a chip must be provided at check-in with matching I.D.
