Explore the scenic isles of Las Olas by paddleboard or kayak. Electric bikes are also an option for adventures on the mainland. This waterfront hub is conveniently located in Victoria Park and offers several options for the entire family.

NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale

Both a museum and a widely recognized work of modernist architecture, this structure is easily recognized by the flowing rainbow painted on the outside of the building. The museum hosts a 7,000-work collection ranging from contemporary sculpture and American realist paintings to avant-garde European art. There’s also a café and bookstore on-site.

Rhythm & Vine

True to its name, this popular beer garden features live DJs and a relaxed atmosphere. Sit out in the courtyard under overhanging trees as you drink a quirky cocktail, or head to the dance floor inside to party the night away.

FAT Village and Himmarshee Village

Broward Center for the Performing Arts

Head out to concerts, stand-up performances, and live shows on the multiple stages at this center on the north bank of the New River. Its largest venue, the Au-Rene Theater, seats up to 2,700.

FAT Village Center for the Arts

Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s arts district, FAT Village (Flagler + Arts + Technology), this center hosts events and artist-run classes on drawing, sculpture, and painting. A regular art walk nearby tours the district’s exhibition and performance spaces.
