We had the pleasure of staying at the brand new hotel Andaz. We enjoyed both the decor, food, service and beach. From the moment you enter the lobby, you feel welcomed and relaxed. A big thanks to Fajoi (I hope I remember the name correctly) who checked us in - it was a very pleasant and relaxed experience. The room was large, clean and very well equipped. The design of the hotel is consistent and inspiring in both the room and common areas. The room has everything you need and has a lot of useful features. We had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was large and even though we stayed for five days, we didn't get a chance to taste everything, it was simply too big. The a la carte menu for dinner has a perfect size and diversity. We would both like to say a big thank you to the chef and his team for the delicious food and to the waiter/waitress for a wholehearted and devoted service. Don't forget to stop by KNOX, it has the perfect atmosphere for a night out, and we got the chance to write a statement on their wall - now we have to go back again, to see if it's still there ;-) We can deeply recommend Andaz Dubai the Palm to everyone who wants to have one of the best experiences in Dubai - we both look forward to stay at this hotel again.
