We’ve taken all the necessary steps and followed government guidelines to ensure that your visit to Hanami is a safe and enjoyable one. Please take note of the following steps prior to your visit:
- Valet parking is currently unavailable. We’ve allocated parking spaces especially for Hanami guests in our ground level carpark
- Make your way to the lobby and our Andaz Hosts will record your temperature upon arrival
- Tables have been placed 2 meters apart and we request you to please maintain 2 meters social distancing between guests and colleagues
- Please ensure that masks are worn when you are not seated at your table
- Menus have been digitalized and can be viewed on Hyattrestaurants.com by typing Hanami into the search bar
- Our team have undergone extensive training to ensure all necessary measures are adhered to at all times

In adherence to the UAE’s strict health and safety rules, and following Hyatt’s commitment to ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues and guests during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, Andaz Dubai The Palm has implemented the following measures.
Upon arrival at the hotel, all visitors and staff will have their temperatures checked and recorded, Sanitizers, masks and gloves are available throughout the property while lifts and high contact areas are cleaned every 30 minutes, along with regular sanitization of front and back of the house using government-approved disinfectants. Guests not comfortable with staff having access to their rooms can opt out of daily cleaning plus valet service has been removed.
In line with government guidelines The Locale is restricted to 30% capacity only and is implementing a 2-meter distance between tables, with a maximum of four guests per table. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to scan a QR code, which will take them directly to the restaurants digital menus to avoid the use of physical menus, and contactless payments are encouraged when possible.
