Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you fulfill your requests.

Can I taste all the food before the wedding?

Of course. We schedule a complete tasting of select menu items, including your cake, several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.

How long will my reception last?

Generally, we plan for wedding receptions to last for four hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise you about any additional costs for the extra time.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Your wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, and photography?

We work on a regular basis with several vendors and we will be happy to give you contact information.

Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center?

Certainly. Our in-house award-winning chef would love to prepare meals for all special occasions relative too your wedding.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?

We do offer an inclusive package; however, that is usually for full-day group meeting events. Wedding menu pricing does not include all taxes and gratuities. Please remember, pricing is not final until you deliver a signed contract to your wedding specialist.

Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?

We will try to accommodate your guests' requests. However, this depends on the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.

Can I decorate the reception room?

Yes. Allow us to give you ideas and suggestions that have successfully worked in the past to create a memorable and magical wedding for your family and all of your guests. There may be some limitations due to safety regulations, which your wedding specialist can review with you.
