Xizhou Hall is the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, as Black Pearl Diamond Restaurant a veritable ‘Theater of Food’ with open kitchens providing live culinary entertainment; a ‘stage’ of seating; a ‘dressing room’ vanity area; and private dining rooms themed around ancient Chinese theater crafts. Xizhou Hall specializes in locally-inspired Chinese and international fare with a distinctly modern Chinese feel in lantern-shaped lighting pendants and decorative crab-apple blossom motifs.

A modern interpretation of the traditional Ladies’ Court comprises three distinctively designed spaces—a feminine room with hand-painted murals; a more formal, elegant area; and a striking space with a double-story ceiling dominated by slatted timber and an oversized lantern. Enjoy light snacks, afternoon tea and premium drinks throughout the day.
