Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us. In support of the Vaccine Bubble, our restaurants and bar will be migrating to Type C and Type D Mode of Operations under the regulations of the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department accordingly.
- Our associates will be tested for COVID-19 every 7 days or are fully vaccinated.
- Patrons are required to use the “Leave Home Safe” mobile application or register personal details before entering the outlets.
- Each table are separated by at least 1.5 meters.
- Guests are required guests to wear masks when entering the outlets, and our associates always wear masks.

Current Mode of Operation: Type C (maximum 75% capacity, 6 guests per table, guests are required to use the “Leave Home Safe” mobile application. Guests aged under 16 without the company of an adult, and guests aged 65 or above may opt to complete the record form)
Type D starting from 15 November 2021 (maximum 100% capacity with 12 guests per table, guests are required to use the “Leave Home Safe” mobile application. Guests aged under 16 without the company of an adult, and guests aged 65 or above may opt to complete the record form. At least two-thirds of persons at the same table must have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine)
