2. All rates and surcharges are subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax.
3. Additional charges will apply for any additional guest enjoying this promotion (maximum two (2) adults and two (2) children aged below 12 years old are allowed in each hotel room). A daily surcharge for the third guest of age 12 years or above applies. This surcharge applies to hotel stay only and does not cover any other package benefits such as Water Park tickets or other services.
4. This promotion includes two (2) Water Park Single-day Access tickets; children below 0.9 meters in height receive free admission.
5. Water Park tickets must be redeemed after check-in and until the end of check-out date, and are valid for use on the ticket redemption day only. No refund or compensation will be provided for tickets not redeemed or used.

Admission to the Waterpark is subject to the Conditions of Entry set out in the Studio City official website https://www.studiocity-macau.com, which may be modified by Studio City at any time without prior notice. Studio City may, from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Waterpark, close the Waterpark or any part thereof and/or restrict the number of persons having access to the Waterpark, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, for safety, security or order, maintenance or other operational reasons, or if Studio City considers that the circumstances so require.
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers, promotions or discounts.
8. This promotion is not redeemable for cash or other items; not transferable or exchangeable; not resalable; and cannot be used for partial redemption.
9. This promotion is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance; Best Available Rate will apply for any extra night.
10. Cancellation or amendment by guests must be made at least 1 (one) day prior to the confirmed stay date before 24:00 (Macau Local Time). First night room rental plus taxes will be incurred by guests for any late amendment, cancellation or failure to check-in on the confirmed stay date.
11. COD Resorts Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (including the use, suspension and cancellation of this package, offer, promotion and/or any Consumption Rebate) without prior notice.
12. All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the final decision of COD Resorts Limited.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
