1. One set of wedding tea pot and four cups, one pair of wedding cushions will be arranged for each room booked under the Chinese Tea Ceremony Suite Package. Extra requests are subject to additional charges and availability.
2. A pot of 10 sweet dumplings will be delivered to the suite at a time confirmed with the guest upon check‐in. Extra orders are subject to availability and an additional charge.
3. Reservation is subject to availability. Rate is per room per night, and is subject to 10% service charge and other incidental expenses.
4. Additional guests, room‐type upgrades or date changes may be subject to additional hotel charges.
5. In‐room amenities are provided for registered guests only. Additional requests are subject to a separate charge.
6. Guests should conduct solemn ceremonies inside the Wedding Suite. Please refrain from group activity in public areas such as lobby, lift landing and guestroom level corridor. Voices should be kept at normal level to maintain a serene surroundings for other guests.
7. Auspicious and celebratory materials can only be put up on windows and mirrors with Blu‐tack. Use of tapes / double‐sided adhesive materials is strictly prohibited. Guests should avoid displaying anything on their guestroom door. Please seek assistance from the hotel prior.
8. Burning incense and use of candles are not allowed inside the room to avoid triggering the fire alarm system.
9. Any damage to the furniture, floor, wall surface and any interior will result in recovery charge.
10. For safety reasons, please avoid throwing rice and beans in the corridor, hotel elevators or public areas of the hotel.
