Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfill your requests and to make sure that you have the wedding menu you want for your special day.

How long will my reception last?

Generally, a wedding reception is planned for six hours (6:00pm to 10:00pm midnight). You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise you regarding any additional costs for the additional time.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc.?

We work on a regular basis with several vendors and would be happy to give you their contact information.

Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at Hyatt Regency Hangzhou?

Certainly. We have several locations that would be appropriate for these occasions.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?

Yes.

Can my guests check out late the morning after the wedding?

We will try to accommodate your guests' requests. However, this will depend on the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.

Can I decorate the reception room?

Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding consultant can review with you. We can also give you ideas and suggestions that have worked in the past.
