The hotel only have 8 level, but you still can enjoy the west lake view on the grand club lounge. The foods at the lounge is tasty, and the staff are very nice. As a globlist hyatt member they upgraded me to the west lake view suite. I'll come back one day and stay at this hotel again.

For special occasions, The Antique Door is an indulgent, Art Deco-inspired drinking venue with two contrasting areas. On entering, guests discover a glamorous front bar in a pale palette of cream and grey beneath an eye-catching gold antiqued-glass ceiling. Dominating the space is a spectacular, 1.2-meter wide pendant light in the shape of an upturned tree. Floor-to-ceiling linen-damask curtains reveal a moody, hidden antechamber cocooned in a navy wall and ceiling mural and furnished with red leather tub chairs and plush banquettes. The drinks menu is focused on Champagne, whisky and high-quality cocktails and entertainment is provided by live Latin and jazz musicians.

Beyond Grand Café, Patio is a casual indoor and outdoor dining space overlooking West Lake specializing in fresh pasta and pizza accompanied by a curated list of Italian wines. During summer, barbecues are the highlight and early evening, an aperitivo menu whets the appetite.

Grand Hyatt Hangzhou offers two venues for celebratory dining. As its moniker implies, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse on the 2/F specializes in exclusive cuts of meat, alongside premium seafood, prepared in an open kitchen equipped with a Pira charcoal oven from Spain. The sumptuous space, furnished in dark wood paneling and engraved antiqued glass offers a highly curated wine list focused on shiraz for steak and chardonnay for seafood, as well as the largest selection of wines by the glass in Hangzhou.

Led by Chef Colin Cheng, the dedicated culinary team specializes in authentic cuisine from Hangzhou, as well as Suzhou to the north and Huaiyang to the west. Traditional recipes have been refined and elevated to reach the perfect balance of flavor and presentation and show-stopping signature dishes include Beggar’s Chicken baked in lotus leaves and non-toxic clay and a picture-perfect pyramid of Dongpo Pork.                                                          
To complement the cuisine, 28 HuBin Road houses a cellar of 2,500 international wines—the largest collection in Hangzhou—and was awarded a triple-glass rating in the 2018 China’s Wine List of the Year Awards. Designed to resemble an elegant Song dynasty mansion, featuring an abundance of rich rosewood and natural stone, the duplex comprises a courtyard, main dining room and seven private-dining rooms.
