COVID-19 ON-PROPERTY & OFF-SITE TESTING

As an extension of Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, and in partnership with Switch Health, our property can currently help arrange for on-property or off-site COVID-19 testing. See details below.

Testing Details:
In partnership with Switch Health, guests are able to purchase both Rapid Antigen Test Kits and RT-Lamp Test Kits for departure testing requirements.

Once purchased, you will create an account on the ASMO portal and use Telehealth services for your testing, resulting in a verified result record for travel purposes. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Switch Health is on site from 9am – 5pm daily, and kits are available for purchase from our Front Desk outside of these hours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Testing arrangements facilitated by participating hotels or resorts are available for registered guests only.
  • Tests must be conducted during a stay at a participating hotel or resort, and no refund or credit will be issued for unused tests. Guest may be required to show proof of travel plans.
  • Tests are conducted by a third party, who is solely responsible for administering the tests; results are not shared with the hotel or resort.
  • Tests may be subject to test provider’s terms and conditions.
  • This offering, including availability and price, is subject to change at any time, without notice.

Guest Room and Suite Policy

To ensure a tranquil and enjoyable stay for all guests, we strongly enforce the following hotel policies. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Occupancy

No more than 5 people can be in a guestroom

Check in Age

Minimum check in age is 19 

Tranquility

Quiet hours are from 9pm-6am. Disruption may result in eviction of all non-registered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.

Smoke & Drug Free

Our hotel is a smoke and drug-free facility. Should we find any evidence of this there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your room.

Cleaning and Damages

Excessive cleaning needs that result in a delay for the next guests enjoyment of the guestroom, will result in a minimum of $250 charged to your room. Guests are responsible for any damages made in the guest rooms and suites.

Pet Policy

Enjoy your stay at Hyatt Regency Vancouver with your favorite canine companion in tow.

Fees

The dog fee is $35 plus taxes for the first 6 nights of your stay. For stays of 7 nights or longer an additional fee of $100 plus taxes will apply.

Weight Limited

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs are allowed in a guestroom provided that the combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds. 

Photography & Videography Policy

We encourage our guests to take personal video or still photographs while enjoying your visit for non-commercial purpose.

To ensure enjoyment of all our guests, a written permission from the Hotel is required to utilize our hotel property (indoor/outdoor) for professional portrait photography or videography purposes, including but not limited to Wedding, Engagement, Class, Family and Individual Portraits, Advertising Photography, and Model/Fashion shoots, etc. 

Kindly note that unauthorized professional photographers/videographers who are not guests of the hotel will be asked to leave the hotel property immediately.
