Our green initiatives include an extensive property-wide recycling program, the use of native landscaping, recycling of waste water, electric-vehicle charging stations and on-property housing for more than 40 employees, helping to reduce traffic and vehicle emissions.
As a member of the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program, we adhere to guidelines on buying and serving seafood from sustainable sources. We also harvest ingredients and eggs from our organic garden, which is sustainably maintained through composting.
