Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $35.00 is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience:

  • $15 Food & Beverage Credit at the Eclipse Restaurant & Bar
  • Retail Discount at participating retailers in Embarcadero Center (discount pass available at front desk. Present card at time of purchase for discounts.)
  • $2 off both Aquarium and Exploratorium Tickets up to 4 per room.  Purchase tickets through Concierge.
  • 10% off F&B at nearby Osha Thai (excluding Happy Hour)
  • Buy one get one free Classic Sightseeing Bus Ticket  including Pampinito Submarine Ticket 
  • Special San Francisco keepsake at departure
  • Access to digital & world newspapers via pressreader
  • Unlimited Domestic Phone Calls
  • Package Deliveries (5 lb. limit)
  • Rollaway Bed Rental (king rooms;1 per stay)

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. To participate in the pet program, please inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival.

Keep in mind, only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.

Rates are as follows:

Up to six nights — $100 per stay

Seven to 30 nights — $100 additional deep cleaning fee

30 or more nights a fee will be assessed at the hotel’s discretion

Receiving and Shipping Packages

Guests may receive and ship packages through the hotel.

A $20 handling fee is charged per box that weight 6 pounds or more. Bell desk can assist with your shipping needs.

Hotel accepts packages no more than 5 days prior to guest arrival and name on the packages must match the name of the registered hotel guest.
