Sip and savor outstanding wines from Silver Oak Vineyards paired with a regionally inspired five course dinner. Guests will be seated at large communal tables with other guests for the dining experience. Representatives from the winery and Chef's culinary team will walk guests through the wine pairing process, menu writing process, cooking techniques, and the wine making philosophy behind the featured winery. Seating is limited. $150 per person. Valet parking is complimentary. Advanced notice on any dietary restrictions required for accommodation. Reception with hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine begins at 6:30 PM.

Dawson’s Steakhouse has been honored for the sixth year in a row for its wine program in Wine Spectator Magazine. The restaurant is recognized among other winners from all over the globe as a top destination for wine lovers.
Wine Spectator began its program to recognize the world’s best wine lists in 1981. A total of 2,289 restaurants earned the Award of Excellence this year, which recognizes wine lists which offer at least 90 selections. The list must feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. Whether compact or extensive, focused or diverse, these lists deliver sufficient choice to satisfy discerning wine lovers.
