PLEASE NOTE: A Resort fee of $35.00 plus tax applied to each night of your stay. This fee includes:

Two in-room bottled waters (refreshed during cleaning service)
Kayak or Paddleboard rental through Mission Bay Sportscenter

Incoming & outgoing faxes
Fitness center access
Beach chairs/toys (available at the Concierge desk, based on availability)

OFF-SITE COVID-19 TESTING:
As an extension of Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, our property can currently help arrange for COVID-19 testing at a local facility. See testing fee(s) below.
Testing Details: Free testing available at local Walgreens and/or CVS. Carbon Health located at the San Diego Airport offers guaranteed 72 hour results for about $170 per test. For more information regarding COVID-19 testing, please visit here

Terms & Conditions:
Testing arrangements facilitated by participating hotels or resorts are available for registered guests only.
Tests must be conducted during a stay at a participating hotel or resort, and no refund or credit will be issued for unused tests. Guest may be required to show proof of travel plans.
Tests are conducted by a third party, who is solely responsible for administering the tests; results are not shared with the hotel or resort.
Tests may be subject to test provider’s terms and conditions.

INCOMING AND OUTGOING PACKAGES
A handling and storage fee will apply for each package received by the hotel. Prices are per package per day:
Box (under 17” up to 20lbs) $29
Box (over 17” up to 50 lbs) $48
Plastic cases/luggage/golf clubs $75
Display booth $95
Crates /pallets (up to 48”x40”) $300
Double pallets (larger than 48”x40”) $570
$10 fee will be added to boxes exceeding max weight
