A: Hyatt has enhanced its cancellation policy to provide flexibility to help you with your travel planning, and each reservation booked July 1, 2020, and beyond is subject to the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking. Minimum Age Policy
Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old and is required to complete a signed registration agreement. A valid ID is required to check-in and to become a registered guest of the hotel.
Guests will incur a fee of $500 should hotel’s smoking policy be violated.
A minimum fee of $500 will be incurred by guest should there be damage to the guestroom or suite.
Extra Cleaning Fee
A fee of $500 will be incurred for extra cleaning needed based upon the condition of the guestroom upon checkout.

9 am early check in is $85
11 am early check in is $60
12 pm early check in is $50
