To participate in the pet program:
Inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival.
Ask for a referral to a reputable kennel if the Hyatt hotel you are visiting does not offer dog-friendly rooms. All exempt properties have these on file.
Rules and Rates are as follows:
Hyatt Standard $150 USD per stay of 1 night to 6 nights. Additional $150 USD for every 6-night block after that.
One pet with a weight of 75 pounds (34.0Kg) or less. Two pets with a combined weight of 100 pounds (45.3Kg) or less
Pet Friendly Rooms are normally located on ground floors, in specific pet friendly areas of the hotel
Pet Friendly Room types are Standard & Pool View, select Standard Suites, very limited Villas and select ADA compliant rooms
Pet Friendly Room types do not include Penthouses Suites
Non ADA Service Animals are not allowed in restaurants, pool area, spa, or event spaces
ADA Service Animals are not subject to this pet policy. Emotional Support animals are not ADA Service Animals, and as such will be considered as regular pets
Pets must be registered with the front desk, where a dog ID tag, and other items will be provided with a refundable $25 deposit.
A welcome packet, provided upon check-in, will provide complete details of our pet rules and regulations
Resort Fee Policy
A Mandatory Resort Fee of $40.00 (per room, per day, plus applicable tax) applies and provides an enhanced stay experience for guests which includes:
Access to HyTides waterpark featuring 30 ft dueling waterslides
a 450 ft. lazy river and children’s splash pad
In-room premium internet access, in room personal coffee & tea maker
(2) bottled waters per stay
In room safe
Unlimited local telephone calls and access charges for 1-800 or 1-888 phone calls
Filtered water stations
One hour tennis court time per day

Shuttle service to Indian Wells Golf Resort
Golf bag storage, outdoor games and activities
