Hyatt Place Emeryville / San Francisco Bay Area Introduces Robot Butler Service
“Emery,” the robotic hotel butler for Hyatt Place Emeryville / San Francisco Bay Area is now available to deliver non-food items to guests of the hotel. Available 24 hours per day, Emery can be accessed via in-room telephone to deliver items such as extra towels, bath amenities, and non-perishable conveniences requested from the front desk. Making its debut at the hotel in March 2017, the robot butler is developed by Savioke who notifies guests via recorded phone call once he is outside the room.
