U.S. News & World Report, a nationally recognized publisher of consumer advice and information, recognized Andaz Napa as the #7 Best Hotel in Napa Valley in its annual evaluation of hotels that offer high-quality amenities and exceptional experiences.

To be acknowledged by U.S News & World Report and its annual Best Hotel Rankings, is a tremendous honor and inspiration to the hotel team. The Best Hotels methodology combines a hotel’s industry accolades with expert and guest reviews and hotel class ratings. U.S. News scored luxury hotels, identifying the top 10 percent in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean with Gold badges and the top 30 percent within specific markets with Silver badges. The rankings feature over 2,500 hotels across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Andaz Napa is proud to announce we have been recognized on TripAdvisor® for outstanding service quality and guest satisfaction by earning the 2016 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor® over a 12-month period. To qualify, our Napa Valley hotel had to maintain an overall TripAdvisor® bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor® for at least 12 months.
