Children under 16 years of age can use the indoor hydrotherapy pool every day between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the fitness or thermal area of Ortus Wellness.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Unsurpassed customer service

We stayed in Sofia Regency for 3 nights in September. We are globalist status, so we were able to enjoy the Regency Club. It was the first day they were open and the service was so friendly. We loved Radi and the rest of the staff. It was one of the first places I've stayed and felt the staff truly wanted us there and enjoyed meeting the needs of their customers. They were so attentive to details. The club had the most decadent, amazing desserts I can ever remember having. We got a roll out bed for our daughter and three staff members arrived to being and make it up within minutes. There was no breakfast at Regency club yet, so we enjoyed it at the restaurant, which was high quality. The king suite was roomy, very comfortable bed and linens. The wellness center was amazing and we enjoyed it every day for at least a couple hours. Fantastic pool with built in jets, 2 saunas, aromatherapy steam room, salt room, heated ceramic tile beds and cold bucket shower. I would not hesitate to return to Sofia and stay at the Hyatt Regency!
