This was decided to a large extent by the satisfied guests themselves. The rating was determined by a public vote, by the official "Trust you" score and by an expert jury of tourism experts.
True to our purpose "we care for people so they can be their best" and in compliance with the current requirements in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we are currently only allowed to accommodate you if you feel healthy and your stay meets the current requirements of the Austrian federal government.
Currently, only stays with an explicit business purpose or for the purpose of looking after and providing assistance to people in need are permitted.
Furthermore all Hyatt hotels in our region will require face coverings within indoor public areas, which include but are not limited to hotel lobbies as well as meetings and events spaces. Face coverings are required when guests are moving around in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. This requirement will be in place for the foreseeable future.
Guests who are not wearing face coverings per our new policy will be asked to wear one. Face coverings will be made available to guests who do not have one. Additionally, we request that all guests practice proper social distancing in hotel indoor and outdoor public areas. Social distancing guidelines are prominently placed throughout all hotels.
We will continue to require our colleagues to wear face masks at all times and weekly testing is ensured.
