Children
Accommodation
Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents. From the age of 12 children are counted as adults. We are happy to provide you with a complimentary baby bed (children up to an age of 3). An extra bed for adults will be charged at €50 per night. Please note that extra beds can only be provided beginning in the Andaz Suite.
For a second room booking for children under the age of 12, we can offer you, depending on availability, a second room at a family rebate of 50% of the room rate.
To make your journey with children as pleasant as possible, we keep the following items and amenities ready for you on request as part of our Very Important Baby (VIB)-Services
- Baby crib, baby bathtub, body care products for babies, childproof socket, diaper garbage can, night light
- Baby food, drinking bottle and bottle warmer, diapers, hot-water bottle
- Children’s bathrobe and slippers for older children
- Buggy upon prior notification
Restaurants
Breakfast for children up to six years is free. Children between 6-12 years get 50% discount on our breakfast. We offer a special kid´s menus and have children’s dishes, children’s high chairs and coloring books available at our restaurants.
Spa & Fitness
The sauna area is Monday through Sunday 10 am to 10 pm and The Gym is open 24/7. Treatments can be booked upon request. Our saunas and areas of relaxation are open only to adults from the age of 16. Guests from the age of 16 may use our facilities when accompanied by an adult.
Pets
For your dog’s stay at Andaz Vienna, we will charge a fee of 25 € per night, which includes our V.I.D. ‘Very Important Dog’ Service: a dog biscuit to welcome your companion to the room, a cosy dog bed for the night, and a dog bowl. A dog sitter service can be booked upon request. We are happy to welcome your dog at our Lobby Bar & Lounge, Eugen21 Restaurants und Aurora Roof Top Bar. Dogs have to be kept on a leash at all times in all hotel areas.
Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
The hotel and all our rooms are non-smoking areas. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €250 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms. Thank you very much for your understanding.
