Testing Costs:

On-site COVID-19 RT-PCR Test: USD $123

On-site Rapid Antigen Test: USD $50

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Fee-based testing on-site is available for guests through December 31, 2021 who are departing for the U.S.

  • Testing site not available to guests traveling to other locations and subject to terms and conditions disclosed at time of booking.  

  • Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice for any reason, including if the CDC modifies its testing requirements. 

  • Offers subject to availability and void where prohibited by law.

Pet Policy

The Hyatt Regency Aruba is a dog friendly establishment. Whether they have two legs or four, guests at the Hyatt Regency Aruba can expect an exceptional level of service. Show your fourlegged friend true VIP (very important pet) treatment.

Your dog will receive a welcome letter, an amenity that includes a comfy bed, food and water bowls and a welcome biscuit. For added convenience, our concierge will be on-hand to provide information on nearby walking routes, pet shops, groomers, vets, and local pet friendly establishments.

Conditions:

Reservations being made with traveling dogs are required to be completed at least 3 days in advance of arrival.

Dogs are not allowed in public areas such as a restaurant, pool, etc. and must be walked in the designated “dog walk” area.

Dogs must be settled by 9:30 pm.

Failure to follow procedures can and will result in the Manager on Duty to contact guest regarding noise complaints and provide kennel options if necessary.

Owner will be asked to complete hotel’s dog friendly letter and provide a cell phone number in order to locate guest in the event of an emergency. If no answer or reply dog will be moved to an approved local kennel.

Owner is asked to contact Housekeeping to arrange a daily cleaning time; otherwise room will not be serviced. The dog may not remain in the room while Housekeeping is providing service.

Owner is responsible for all damage to hotel property. The hotel does not assume liability for a guest’s pet or its action while at the hotel.

Dogs cannot be left uncrated while in the guest room alone.

The service charge does not apply toward service animals.

Please note that the pet policy applies to dogs only as the hotel does not permit cats and other animals.

Current efforts we have taken include:

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces and areas

Proper hygiene practices for colleagues, including frequent handwashing, use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer, and wearing of face masks

Prominently placing hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public areas and entrances

Introducing social distancing guidance in public areas across the hotel

Our Wellness and Wellbeing Manager is available to assist you in creating exciting (and relaxing) experiences to make your visit truly rejuvenating

Breakfast is available daily at Ruinas del Mar from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

Lunch is available at Palms Restaurant from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Palms Bar 11:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. , Palms Bar Beverage Service is from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with Happy Hour from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Piet’s Pier is temporarily closed

Balashi Bar & Grill Beverage Service is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and food is available from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Kadushi Juice Bar is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Trankilo Pool Food and Drink Service is available daily from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Dinner is available at Ruinas del Mar from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  

Shoco Market is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

In Room Dining Service: Breakfast 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to midnight

The Casino is open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 a.m. for slots and 4:00 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. for table games

Alfresco Lobby Bar is open nightly for beverage service from 5:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. with Happy Hour from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Food service is available from 5:30 p.m. to midnight

ZoiA Spa is open Mondays through Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Trankilo poolside treatments are available

Beach/pool towels are located at the towel hut

Pool chairs have been rearranged to promote social distancing

Delivery of daily toiletries (towels, lotion, shampoo etc.,) is upon request

Daily drop off is also available
