Hotel Policies

    Keys for any room will only be issued to those persons who are listed on the room as a guest with matching ID.

    For guest safety, between the hours 9PM and 7AM entry doors are secured. Please have your key with you when exiting the property to gain access back into the property.

    Guestrooms are 100% smoke free. This includes any outside balconies and will be enforced with a $200 smoking fee charged to the room.

    Check out time is at 12 noon unless pre-arranged with the front desk staff.

    All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times. No persons under the age of 18 is permitted to wander the hotel grounds unattended.

    Due to liquor licensing, outside alcohol is not allowed to be consumed in any public space including the lobby, parking lot, and pool areas. Underage drinking is not tolerated.

Housekeeping will be provided after the third night during a guest stay please see front desk host if you need service before then.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $25 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: In addition to estimated room and tax, there is a $25 PER NIGHT authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food & beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7-10 business days after check out, depending on your banking institution.

Pet Policy

 We are a pet friendly hotel accepting dogs up to 50 lbs. with max of 75 lbs. This includes a pet cleaning fee of $75 for reservations under 7 days.

    The Gallery Market: 24 hours

    Bar service: 11 am – 11 pm

    Starbucks™: 24 hours

    Pool hours: 8 am – 10 pm

    Fitness center: 24 hours

    Shuttle operation: 5:30 am- 11 pm

    Hotel quiet hours: 10 pm – 6 am

Important COVID-19 information


    In order to limit exposure to staff and guest, we have adjusted standard guest room housekeeping service. Periodic safety and wellbeing checks in guestrooms will still occur. If you need additional amenities or towels during your stay please inform the front desk staff. As always, staff maintain proper hand washing and sanitizing procedures throughout our shifts. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear masks per state regulations. All non-vaccinated guests are still required to wear masks in all public areas including but not limited to; the lobby, the guest kitchen area, the fitness center, and meeting rooms.
