As a journalist, I travel a lot, and I always look for hotels where I would feel like home so I could focus on my work, this hotel is my favourite one in Algeria. This was not my first stay at the Hyatt Regency- Algiers, but I enjoy my time there so much that every time feels like the first time I visit. The hotel's design is perfect, the location cannot possibly be any better. The food was also great. However, the hotel's greatest asset is its staff. Everyone was super professional, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The best of all was Mr. Reda the concierge, who really does the job of a receptionist as well. He makes the guests feel welcomed and appreciated, he is very helpful and goes the extra mile to help guests during their stay. Would I go back the hotel and recommend to friends? YES AND YES! Already looking forward to going back!
